We recommend a training plan with 2-4 personal coaching sessions in combination with group training or free training sessions. This is easy on the budget and brings the best results. Possible topics are:
How do I get from 30 to 40m or 50 to 60?
Why does it become difficult to equalise above 40m?
How do I dive more relaxed even deep?
How do I dive without contractions before the turn?
Relaxed diving with a short dive time, is that possible?
