Attention, free! Each of our AIDA courses includes free demonstration of the essential steps and basic exercises for safe and good pressure equalisation. However, if you don’t get it right away, it is important to learn it mstep by step and, above all, to practise it in the dry over a period of time.
Experience shows that it makes a lot of sense to prepare and
practise in detail before a course or before the next depth. You
